I have ensured that both the macOS and Windows 10 had been fully updated. I have reset the SMC (again, only followed the process, unsure if anything actually changed) I have reset NVRAM (or at least followed the steps to - haven't seen any confirmation of this process, but I don't know what that would look like) I have made sure that none of my devices were paired to macOS before I restarted into Windows I have transferred the Windows Support Software from the Boot Camp Assistant in macOS to Windows using a flash drive I have already tried to fix this in a number of ways: When I search from the computer for devices to pair, sometimes I see my Beats, but they never connect, and I can never see, let alone connect, my keyboard and mouse. The mouse connects at startup, then shortly, the mouse buttons stop working while the cursor remains active. They have always worked fine on macOS, and still do whenever I switch back, but they refuse to connect to Windows. Regrettably, this has not fixed my problem which only just started after months of no problems with a Dell Inspiron 13 and two different bluetooth mice. Everything works perfectly, except for the fact that I can't connect any of my Bluetooth devices (Beats Studio 3, Apple Magic Keyboard, Logitech M590 wireless mouse) to Windows. Description Logitech M720 Bluetooth cannot connect Environment Kext Version: 1.1.2 WiFi Card Model: AX201 Product ID: 0x8087, 0x0026 macOS Version: 10.15. I just used Boot Camp to partition my hard drive (15" MacBook Pro 2017) into macOS Catalina and Windows 10.
